The foods that you are eating could be nourishing your body and filling you with vibrant energy or they could be filling you with empty calories that will deplete your health.
When you look in your pantry and find it filled with bright packaged boxes, cans or bags you can be certain that these foods have been highly processed. Processed foods are stripped of their natural vitamins and minerals and filled with chemicals that provide a long shelf life. Unfortunately, these foods are considered to be dead foods, providing you with nothing of value so your body is nutrient-starved.
If the cells of your body are starved it doesn't function properly. This is the beginning process of illness and disease.
A diet rich in whole foods that come from nature like a sweet potatoes, green beans, chicken, peas, etc... will fill your body with all the vitamins and minerals necessary to fuel your cells.
The next time you you enjoy a meal, ask yourself if the food that you chose is a dead, processed food or a whole, live food.
