Come in and enjoy the atmosphere

Our approach to healing is unique in that we utilize the bodies own ability to heal itself. We gently inspire the mind and body to make changes in order to bring about balance.

Our philosophy is that the symptoms of disorders, illnesses or diseases that you may be experiencing are imbalances in your system.

We do not seek to treat an ailment rather to clear the system, physically, mentally and spiritually so the body can heal itself.

Since 1993 he has conducted 100% holistic health care family practices based upon the healing principles of Network Spinal Analysis, utilizing various chiropractic techniques and other systems of bodywork and energywork. He practiced in Las Vegas for 10 years before moving to Long Island, New York and finally on to Western Pennsylvania.

As of 1996, he has developed a system and series of seminars called "Integrated Bodywork" which he teaches nationwide to healthcare professionals and lay people. The seminar is designed to distinguish facilitation from therapy and to assist bodyworkers in developing the art of facilitation and an intuitive flow, allowing them to become more effective with their particular approach by understanding energy systems and nervous system function, and learning how to incorporate various healing principles and techn iques to be a catalyst for deep healing.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
